These are website terms. They do not replace the separate written terms that will apply if a family engages Celestial Nest for a search or placement, if a candidate joins the Celestial Nest Network, or if any other paid or professional service is agreed.

3. The Purpose of the Website
The website provides information about Celestial Nest, the types of roles and staffing services we may support, our approach to searches and screening, and ways for families and candidates to contact or apply to us.

4. Submitting an Enquiry or Application
Submitting a consultation request, contact form or candidate application does not create a placement, employment relationship, agency-client relationship or obligation on Celestial Nest to accept an instruction, candidate or search.
Where appropriate, we may contact you to discuss next steps. A paid family search or other service will begin only when the relevant parties have agreed the applicable written terms and any required fees or onboarding steps.
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and for updating us if material information changes.
5. Families and Candidates
Celestial Nest aims to support careful and proportionate matching. Screening and due-diligence processes may vary by role, location and jurisdiction. They may include application review, interviews, references, identity or right-to-work checks, qualifications, assessments and background checks where appropriate.
Screening reduces risk but cannot eliminate it. We do not represent that any individual, family, role or placement is risk-free, and no screening process can guarantee future conduct, performance, compatibility or safety.
Families remain responsible for their own final hiring and household decisions, and candidates remain responsible for deciding whether to accept a role, except to the extent a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Celestial Nest will explain the scope of its service in the applicable service agreement.
6. Role Descriptions and Professional Titles
Descriptions of childcare and household roles on the website are intended as general guidance. Requirements can differ between locations and professions. Where a professional title, licence or registration is legally regulated, the individual must hold any qualification, registration or authorisation required to use that title and perform the relevant work in the placement jurisdiction.
Nothing on this website is medical, legal, immigration, tax or other regulated professional advice.
